This exceptional single vineyard Pinot Noir is meticulously crafted from a petite 3-tonne parcel, exclusively planted with Pinot Noir clones 777 and 115, nestled within its distinct block within Eliza Vineyard.
The terrace primarily consists of alluvial schist soils, adorned with a vein of pedogenic lime approximately one meter below the surface. This unique soil composition imparts a mineral character to both the wine's aroma and acidity, providing a compelling contrast to the opulent fruit notes and velvety tannins that are characteristic of wines from this sub-region.
